EXHIBITION

South Gloucestershire Second World War Stories

Commissioned by the South Gloucestershire Council, I designed a touring print exhibition to bring local Second World War memories to life. To balance historical significance with modern community engagement, I created six large rolling banners alongside matching postcards and brochures. My concept used a unique colour identity for each banner, tied together by a unified layout structure. By transforming archival photos into sleek, modern illustrations, I gave the display a fresh, eye-catching feel. The exhibition traveled to schools, malls, and public spaces, receiving a wonderful reception across the community.

BROCHURE AND LEAFLET

South Gloucestershire Council – Bromley Heath Viaduct Project

I was hired by South Gloucestershire Council to design a 24-page landscape brochure documenting the complete journey of the Bromley Heath Viaduct project. To present the technical data beautifully, I developed a modern layout that fluidly balanced extensive text, engineering maps, and visual assets. My favorite feature is the central two-page spread, where I arranged gritty imagery of the construction crew into a trendy, black-and-white editorial grid. The final glossy print piece turned a complex public infrastructure project into an engaging, visually consistent story.

Fenacom – 50ePiĂą – In Viaggio Brochure

For Fenacom – 50ePiĂą I designed a commemorative brochure documenting years of global group travel. The project assets included trip descriptions, personal poetry, and unedited photos captured by the travelers themselves. Embracing the real, unpolished charm of these member snapshots, I designed a compact, portable A5 booklet using a mixed-media technique. This allowed me to frame the raw imagery beautifully while creating a clean, highly readable layout. It turned a collection of personal holiday photos into a polished, cohesive, and deeply sentimental piece of print design.

South Gloucestershire Council – Chapels Heritage Trail Booklet

South Gloucestershire Council hired me to design a 12-spread heritage booklet celebrating the region’s 400-year history of historic chapels. To make this self-guided tour easy to navigate, I designed an ambitious print layout featuring unique 4-spread fold-out sections at both the front and back of the booklet. This allowed me to hide complex index keys and a large, detailed trail map on the folds, keeping the inner pages clean and focused on community stories and historical photos. It was a wonderful exercise in structural print design, turning extensive local history into a highly practical, tactile guide for explorers.

South Gloucestershire Council / Integra

I was commissioned by South Gloucestershire Council and Integra to design a clean, engaging trifold brochure promoting their local community meals service.

South Gloucestershire Council – community walks programs posters and leaflets

I designed a series of vibrant campaign posters for South Gloucestershire Council to promote their community walks program and inspire residents to stay physically active.

MAP AND SIGNAGE

Commissioned by multiple teams at South Gloucestershire Council, I redesigned a series of public maps, environmental signage, and future area development proposal graphics. Utilising distinct design techniques for each brief, I prioritised high legibility and ease of navigation. Each final piece pairs a soft, non-fatiguing colour scheme with clear typography and simplified keys to deliver a seamless wayfinding and data-presentation experience for local residents.
